3. Case preparation
Depending on the instruction, this may include reviewing records, constructing a chronology, identifying evidential gaps and contradictions, researching relevant procedure, preparing correspondence or draft material, and developing a hearing or challenge plan.
4. Conduct
We give you an organised case and practical preparation. You remain responsible for conducting litigation and taking formal procedural steps unless an authorised professional is separately instructed.
