What we do
Wolfe & Black analyses decisions and records, organises evidence, builds chronologies, identifies disputed issues, supports drafting and prepares clients for the next stage of a case.
Why the model is different
Our public model is deliberately clear: we prepare; you conduct. We do not present ourselves as a firm of solicitors and we do not use the preparation relationship to imply an entitlement to reserved legal work.
Evidence before noise
A large file is not necessarily a strong case. We focus on the decision that matters, the applicable framework, the facts that are genuinely disputed and the documents capable of proving them.
Where specialist authorisation is required
If the next step requires an appropriately authorised professional, a right of audience or another regulated service that Wolfe & Black cannot lawfully provide, that boundary should be identified rather than obscured.
Wolfe & Black is not a firm of solicitors and is not presented as SRA-authorised. Our services are limited to work we can lawfully provide.
